Temporary Man Buffy by Zab Jade
Summary:Buffy is turned into a man by an enemy (or group of enemies) in the mistaken belief that it would make her no longer the slayer. This can take place in season four, five, six, or post-series. There ends up being sex with Spike, and Buffy comes to the realization that she likes being in control while Spike likes being dominated. She also figures out there's nothing dirty or wrong with really kinky sex as long as all involved are consenting and enjoying themselves. Why exactly being a man helps Buffy realize all this is up to the author, though my own personal thought is that it's because she isn't worrying about being a "good" girl and what good girls are supposed to like.
Willow and/or Tara figure out how to undo the spell (author's choice on how long it takes), but Buffy asks them to wait until the next day so she can have one last night of man nookie with her vampire, though she probably wouldn't flat out explain it that way.
Must have:
-- Buffy with her usual hair length. It can't suddenly become short just because she's male. Human hair doesn't work that way.
-- Buffy needing tips on how to use new genitalia, including how to last longer during sex.
-- At least one scene of Buffy performing anal on Spike from Spike's point of view
